Amsterdam here we come

We have been so lucky to have been invited to play a friendly tournament in Amsterdam in just under two weeks time.

We have been practicing non stop with lots of blood, sweat and tears thrown into the mix. There is a lot of excitement and nerves floating around the team these past few weeks.

This is such a huge opportunity for us, as a team, to play something like this. For a team which has offically only been together a year this month, this is such a big moment for us to landmark ourself with other teams around Europe.

Our first match kicks off at on the Saturday morning at 11am against Belgium. Please wish us luck and we will keep you informed with plenty of pictures and status updates on Facebook throughout the entire weekend.

We have been making sure our name gets out there for future matches and tournaments, but we think that this tournament will be the stepping stone to similar events in the fuure.

There has been very casual talk about Ireland possibly hosting a tournament in the later part of this year. As of yet, nothing has been set in stone but after the up and coming tournament we might start discussing it in a more serious tone.
